Looking for a holistic, uplifting outdoor activity for a group of friends or colleagues? Consider an Outdoor Yoga session on Hove Lawns, or a Meditative Walking & Yoga event and a Mindful Chocolate experience on the beach at sunset.
Sessions can be held outdoors on dry days and in the Spring/Summer months. Alternatively, Sarah will arrange an indoor Yoga Studio for the session with all equipment provided or run the session at your venue.

If you’re keen to include some pampering and wellbeing options at your Hen Weekend, or celebratory party, book your “Hen Do Yoga” here: from £15pp (10 pax group bookings). Sarah will arrange a Yoga studio for the session with all equipment. On dry days and in the Spring/Summer months sessions can be held outdoors. During the summer months Sarah runs Outdoor Yoga sessions to salute the sun in the mornings and flow through moving meditations as the sun sets along with Yoga & Walking events (see pic to right, a riverside yoga/walk in Lewes); gentle Yoga sessions, Meditation, and Mindful Walks in/around Sussex and the South Downs National Park.
