Group / Corporate Yoga sessions

Looking for a holistic, uplifting outdoor activity for a group of friends or colleagues? Consider an Outdoor Yoga session on Hove Lawns, or a Meditative Walking & Yoga event and a Mindful Chocolate experience on the beach at sunset.

Sessions can be held outdoors on dry days and in the Spring/Summer months. Alternatively, Sarah will arrange an indoor Yoga Studio for the session with all equipment provided or run the session at your venue.

Email or call Sarah to discuss your dates and plans.

Testimonials

“Thank you for such a fab afternoon, Sarah. I can’t imagine yoga inside now. Excellent walking, yoga and company”. Carmel, Hove.

“What a beautiful experience the yoga walking shamballa at Devil’s Dyke was; an hour’s walk in the sunshine amongst summer flowers and blue skies…it was wonderful practising yoga, so close to nature with views across the Weald and a picnic to finish! A super experience in so many ways”.
Sarah P, Brighton .

“I love these yoga & walking events that Sarah organises, it’s a great opportunity to get out and be in nature with like-minded people, and it really uplifts the spirit, thank you Sarah”. Taraneh, Brighton.

Walking & yoga go great together – flowing Dru Yoga helps limber up the spine to prevent backache, and stretches out the muscles before/during and after our walk. Being outside in the fresh air clears the mind and uplifts the mood so if this sounds appealing get in touch to ask about upcoming events.
