During the summer months Sarah organises Outdoor Yoga sessions to salute the sun in the mornings and flow through moving meditations as the sun sets along with Yoga & Walking events (see pic to right, a riverside yoga/walk in Lewes, August 2015); gentle Yoga sessions, Meditation, and Mindful Walks in/around Sussex and the beautiful South Downs National Park.
