“The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page” – Saint Augustine
I’ve always been inspired and passionate about travelling and exploring the world so I created a lifestyle where I could travel and get paid for it, for many years I worked as a journalist in the travel writing industry, and my features have been published in national and yoga press.
Now, as a yoga teacher, I’m really excited to bring together two of my favourite activities, travel and yoga, with the launch of Karmiyoga Escapes and I look forward to welcoming you in 2017 on a yoga & walking retreat in Morocco’s superlative Atlas Mountain (24 April to 29 April 2017) and on a blissful summer yoga wellbeing holiday on the Greek Island of Kephalonia, which draws on the benefits of seawater (thalasso) with daily visits to the many beautiful bays and beaches for our practice and for swims (22 June to 28 June 2017).
In the coming years I’ll be adding more yoga holidays, including a yoga and walking holiday in France, treading the ancient pilgrim paths of Brittany.
