Ocean Yoga – Hove Lawns

To join the Outdoor Yoga group sessions please drop me an email or text, stating your availability for sessions and a mobile number so that I can send you text messages when Outdoor Yoga sessions are scheduled (please note, sessions are often quite last minute and subject to changes due to the weather!) Ocean Yoga energising morning, lunchtime and evening yoga – “Pop-up” sessions (weather dependent)

warrior mauritiusFlowing yoga that makes you smile, glow and create magic:) Sessions include stretching, gentle – and powerful – Hatha Yoga asanas and Dru Yoga sequences, pranayama (cleansing breathing techniques) and relaxation, all to the backdrop of the ocean and the sounds of the seaside.
When:  Evenings, mornings and/or lunchtime (around 12-1pm) in the Summer and into the early Autumn.
Cost: £10 per person.
Where:  The Western end of Hove Lawns, near the bottom of Fourth Avenue, beside the beach huts.
What to bring:  A yoga mat/towel or blanket, water, sunscreen – and swim-wear to Ocean Yoga, in case you want to go for a swim in the sea afterwards! A good tip is to wear layers, plus bring a light blanket/something warm to wear in the relaxation part of the session.

Please allow at least one hour after eating before coming to class.
