Ocean Yoga – Hove Lawns

It’s Summertime and with the longer days and warm sunshine it’s the perfect time to take your Yoga practice outdoors and onto Hove Lawns, where you can enjoy the fresh seaside air, the sound of the gulls and move through Yoga flows in a natural ambiance with views of the ocean and the candy-coloured beach huts.

Ocean Yoga energising morning, lunchtime and evening yoga – “Pop-up” sessions and 1:1, or 1:2 sessions (weather dependent)

Flowing yoga that makes you smile, glow and create magic:) Sessions include stretching, gentle – and powerful – Hatha Yoga asanas and Dru Yoga sequences, pranayama (cleansing breathing techniques) and relaxation, all to the backdrop of the ocean and the sounds of the seaside.
When:  Pop-up evening, weekend (morning), weekday morning and lunchtime sessions availability.
Cost: £10 per person for groups (maximum; six). Special offer, Summer 2018: 1:1 @ £30 (bring a friend/partner and it’s £30 for the session).
Where:  The Western end of Hove Lawns, near the bottom of Fourth Avenue, beside the beach huts.
What to bring:  A yoga mat/towel or blanket, water, sunscreen – and swim-wear to Ocean Yoga, in case you want to go for a swim in the sea afterwards! A good tip is to wear layers, plus bring a light blanket/something warm to wear in the relaxation part of the session.

Please allow at least one hour after eating before coming to class.
