Yoga works as a preventative medicine as it helps boost energy levels, lower blood pressure, increase metabolism and improve immunity levels.
Regular practice can help improve the flexibility of the spine, the mobility of the joints and result in a lighter, fitter you.

Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes and can be tailor made to suit requirements.
