Drop in Classes / Outdoor Yoga
Winter has arrived, and it’s time to turn inwards, get cosy and warm indoors, to reflect and self nurture. Imagine an hour and a half to dedicate to you, to indulge your mind, body and spirit in a rejuvenating, heart-warming yoga session which creates calm, harmony and balance, reboots energy/immunity and tones the body.
I’m running two evening yoga classes, both in cosy candle-lit locations for extra ambience, teaching traditional Hatha (Sivananda-based) with a mix of Dru, a flowing potent and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on healing the heart energy.

One to one yoga...
If you’re new to yoga or it's difficult to get to class consider some private tuition. Sarah can develop a personalised yoga programme, whether it's to reduce back pain, deepen awareness of the asanas, increase flexibility, boost confidence, or simply focus on reducing stress levels/depression/anxiety by learning yogic/relaxation techniques to draw on during the day.
Notes for yoga students:
- To promote safety I will ask you to complete a short health questionnaire before class.
- Please wear loose comfortable clothing (layering is best) with something warm for the final relaxation.
- Allow one to two hours after eating before practising yoga.
- Mats and blocks are provided at the venues, but you are welcome to bring your own.
