My book provides an exploration into yoga as a lifestyle, and aims to illustrate how you can practice bite-sized bits of yoga each day, whether you have 5 or 50 minutes to spare!  It's an ideal handbook for all the family from children through to senior yogis, as well as for busy people who feel there are never enough hours in the day.
