Bespoke Yoga & Hen packages

The relaxing and accessible style of Yoga that I teach lends itself to ALL ages, levels and abilities so contact me to discuss your requirements. Below gives an idea of the type of packages that I offer. Tell me what you’re looking for and I can be creative and bespoke with the content of your session!

“Hen Do” Yoga

Would you like to include some pampering and well-being at your Hen Weekend? I can arrange a Yoga studio for the session with all equipment and tailor the session to your requirements, for example, incorporating some fun elements such as Partner Yoga poses, Yoga Activation’s (these are lively movements to uplifting music), or simply a traditional Yoga session with focus on the the more restorative elements of Yoga, which can be a good balance for the rest of your weekend! Alternatively, in the Spring/Summer months, sessions can be held outdoors on Hove Lawns. Group / Corporate Yoga

Looking for a holistic, uplifting outdoor activity for a group of friends or colleagues? Consider an Outdoor Yoga session on Hove Lawns, or a Meditative Walking & Yoga event and a Mindful Chocolate experience on the beach at sunset. Sessions can be held outdoors on dry days in the Spring/Summer months. Alternatively, I can arrange an indoor Yoga Studio for the session with all equipment provided, or deliver the session at your venue.

Mindfulness, Yoga & Relaxation for Wellness

Why not reward your team/company with a Yoga/Relaxation and Wellness session to show them how much you appreciate their efforts? I can arrange an indoor Yoga Studio for the session, with all equipment provided, including blankets (for the guided relaxation), bolsters, mats, blocks, candles – and dark chocolate for an indulgent Mindful Chocolate experience.
