Q: How do I book and pay for Karmi(Zoom) sessions and Masterclasses?
A: Use the scroll down menu below for PayPal bookings. N.B. PayPal transactions include a small PayPal transaction charge. Once your payment has been received I’ll confirm your place and you’ll receive the Karmi(Zoom)Yoga link.

    Q: How do I book and attend your “socially-distanced” Hove Lawns Yoga sessions?
    A: Visit my Ocean Yoga page for scheduling times and info then please text or call me on: 07960 023871 to check availability and I’ll send the booking/payment link. The group sessions are now finished for the season however I’m still taking small group private bookings on the seafront, or at other outdoor locations.

    Q: Where do the Outdoor (“Ocean Yoga”) sessions take place?
    A: I run sessions on the central patch of Hove Lawns, in front of Adelaide Crescent.

    Q: Are your classes suitable for beginners?
    A: My classes are very accessible as I teach a gentle, mindful and flowing style of Yoga which is ideal for the online platform of Zoom. I like to offer my regulars some deeper stretches and some carefully orchestrated challenges, but on the whole I focus on a “less is more” style of teaching. I welcome complete beginners, and always offer modifications in the yoga poses/sequences.     Q: Do I need to tell you about any health issues that could affect my yoga practice?
    A: Yes please. For your safety, and for good practice, all new students need to inform me of any health issues, recent operations, injuries or conditions that could affect their Yoga practice, and so that I can suggest appropriate modifications as needed. Existing clients: please also remember to inform me of any changes over time, such as pregnancy, to ensure your health & safety in future sessions.     Q: Should I eat before or after Yoga?
    A: It is recommended that you allow at least one hour after eating before practising yoga so that you don’t have a full tummy and feel uncomfortable, and so that the body can efficiently digest your meal. Allow yourself some quiet time after the session before eating.

    Q: Can I get a refund?
    A: Please familiarise yourself with the “Terms & Conditions” below:
    Terms & Conditions: All bookings made are non-refundable/non transferable except if/when I need to cancel a class/session for example, the Outdoor Yoga is subject to good weather and if I’m unable to run the class I will give as much notice as possible, and offer a refund or class in lieu. When making an online or drop-in class booking please message first to check available spaces before paying online. Please note, there are no refunds or transfers if you’re unable to attend a prepaid session. All session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and paid in advance of the session to reserve and guarantee your slot. Bespoke bookings, such as Hen Yoga events, require a non-refundable deposit to secure the slot/date, as this is often several months in advance. The deposit invoice will be sent after arrangements have been made, and the slot will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment, with the remaining balance due one month in advance of the actual event.

    Q: Where are your classes usually held?
    A: I’m now running most of my sessions, courses, coaching and masterclasses online. I have been teaching Yoga at many different studios/venues in Brighton & Hove since 2007, most regularly at Revitalise, Essence, The Float Spa and Evolution.     Q: How do I book some Online Corporate Yoga for my team/colleagues, or a Bespoke Yoga event such as Yoga at a Hen Do?
    A: My business has pivoted during these times and I now offer these sessions ONLINE via the Zoom platform. Please contact me via email (below) or text/call me on: 07960 023871 to discuss your dates and details.

    Q: What should I wear to a Yoga class?
    A: Please wear loose comfy clothing, such as leggings and a t-shirt/vest, or similar. For the Outdoor Yoga sessions, layering is best, depending on the time of practice and the weather conditions.
