Hove Lawns Yoga

Sessions on Hove Lawns include stretching/warm-up’s, gentle, yet powerful, Hatha Yoga asanas and Dru Yoga sequences, pranayama (cleansing breathing techniques) and relaxation, all to the backdrop of the ocean and the sounds of the seaside. A grounding, earthy outdoor experience.

Seashore Yoga

Seashore Yoga includes Mindfulness, Meditation and Asana practice up close to the ocean (when the tide is low), part feet in water and part feet on pebbles/mat which brings a curious and new experience to practising Yoga. Away from the secure ground of the Earth we draw on the water/sea elements for balancing emotions and creating peace and calm.

Ocean Yoga was filmed for Visit Britain’s “Wellness in Sussex” tourism campaign and I’ve been featured in Waitrose, Zest Magazine and the April 2020 edition of Sussex Prestige magazine.
