Enjoy classical Yoga Asanas (poses), Mudras and Mantras to help re-tune the seven major Chakras, the body’s energy systems, from the Root (for stability and grounding) to the Crown (for a sense of ‘One-ness’ and peacefulness). The practice of Mindful breathing revitalises the entire body, increasing ‘Prana’ (life force) and magnetism, while Soul-soothing Savasana practice brings forth a sense of “Wholeness”.
