Welcome to the "Movement Hub", where you choose how long you'd like to spend, from six to 60 minute sessions, and the area that you'd like to work on in a wide range of practice videos.
Sometimes you need to simply move the body for a few minutes to shift stagnant energy, and for that reason I've included some very short videos from 2-3 minutes (some unscripted) to simply observe then emulate the movements.
At other times you may want to invest in a longer session, and run one of the previous live class recordings. You can also choose to work on specifics such as; instant shoulder relief, back-care tips, core stability techniques, hip flexibility and so on.
When you've got around five minutes free and you want to move your body, I recommend one of the 'activation' videos, which can be a stand-alone practice, or a warm up before another video, and a great way to transform energy and refresh yourself.
