We booked Sarah’s class for my hen do! We started Saturday with morning yoga on the beach which was perfect! Sarah was prompt at replying, it was easy to organise and honestly it was such a wonderful way to start the weekend!!! Her yoga class was both grounding, calming and fun. Highly recommend Sarah’s yoga classes!!!

Sarah was an absolute delight - great fun, learnt a lot and everyone feeling very zen :) Booking process was seamless, and Sarah was very accommodating to our groups needs (moving her normal location to fit around our itinerary was so generous :) ). Sarah catered to all levels, took great pics of our group, and ensured each member had fun. You are guaranteed a great yoga session/experience when you book through Sarah!

We loved our yoga session on my friends hen do! Sarah was very accommodating and the booking process was very simple. The class was really relaxing and she was able to accommodate different levels and a pregnant friend! Loved the partner exercises too, really fun. Highly recommend!

Sarah is a very intuitive lady. I first met her doing her yoga outside on the lawns & we became friends. I've now known her for 12 years. She has multi talents. Firstly yoga which i adore with her & just love the sound of her soothing voice. It's very appropriate. Dru yoga is fabulous as its flowing & not full of strong poses. Great as you age i think. I have done many classes with her over the years. Secondly, she has given me a Reiki session which knocked the socks off my interpretation of relaxed. Beautifully calmed restored & rejuvenated. I felt delightfully floating afterwards. I'd not experienced reiki before so had no idea what to expect. Highly recommend sarah for anything she puts her hands to as she's a grounded individual that takes time to listen & care about her clients.

I have been attending Sarah’s yoga sessions for several years both in the studio, and at her lovely outdoor beach yoga sessions on Hove lawns in the Summer. I have also booked her for a 1 to 1 session which was really relaxing and beneficial. I have also attended one of her fabulous retreats in beautiful Kefalonia. Sarah works very much with energy as well as traditional yoga asanas and I love how she creates these unique sessions. Sarah has also trained me in Reiki level 1. Sarah’s sessions are gentle, healing, restorative, relaxing and accessible for all. I would highly recommend Sarah.

Sarah's yoga classes are so beautiful and calming! She promotes a gentle and restorative class. Helping to connect to your body and relax into stretches. I always feel realigned, restored, and full of energy afterwards! Thank you so much and look forward to the next 🙏

I absolutely love Sarah's yoga teaching. I've been a regular at classes since 2014 - outdoor yoga, indoor yoga, Zoom yoga... I've also been on a few of her retreats in beautiful Kefalonia. Classes are always really soothing, rebalancing and restorative. She has a wonderfully gentle and authentic way of teaching. I highly recommend to anyone!

It was fabulous, I've never done partner yoga before but really enjoyed it. Instructor was calming and had a really lovely demeanor. Right by the sea which was relaxing and peaceful. Fantastic experience

Sarah hosted a wonderful private ocean yoga session along the beachfront especially for our hen do, a rejuvenating start to the weekend activities! The session included fun partner yoga poses which was a great laugh, and a goodie bag for the bride. Highly recommend for a hen party - Sarah is very accommodating and ran an inclusive session for the different level of yogis. Thanks Sarah!

I experienced Sarah's conscious coaching as part of an integrated yoga retreat in Kefalonia. it added another layer to the whole experience that has stayed with me back at home. planting ideas and enquiry that works on the subconscious in powerful ways. a year on re-reading my notes i realised that much of those seeds have come into fruition in my life! i highly recommend Sarah to guide you.

In the coaching sessions with Sarah I was able to pinpoint the issues that have been holding me back with promoting my work as an artist. Sarah helped me to see that I needed to allow time for myself to plan and give space around the creative process, and to allow it to fit in and around my domestic life as well, knowing that I can move forward and achieve results in bite-size pieces of time, and acknowledge what I do achieve. She is a great listener and offers a safe space to discuss personal and professional issues that might be impacting on someone moving forward with and recognising their goals. I've been attending Sarah's yoga classes for around 6 years and first experienced her life coaching as part of a soulful retreat in Kefalonia. The session helped me focus on which areas of my life I wanted to work on and gave me the tools to continue independently. More recently, I booked a 30 minute coaching session as I was having a difficult time at work and in general. Sarah helped me see clearly the positives and negatives of my current situation and my options, and helped me feel much more conviction in where I wanted to be!
